Custom PDF size
JPG to PDF with a Custom File Size
Set a specific maximum for your JPG-to-PDF file when an upload form gives you a custom limit. Enter a value in KB or MB in the existing converter, then check whether the generated PDF meets it.
Enter the maximum size you need
In PDF settings, choose “Custom” under Maximum PDF size, enter a value, and select KB or MB. The available range is 1 KB to 100 MB. Check the destination’s upload limit before choosing your target, including any separate limits for individual attachments.
- Use a smaller number when a form sets a strict maximum.
- Choose a higher maximum when the portal allows more room and image detail matters.
- Select “No size limit” when you do not need optimization toward a cap.
A custom target is a limit to work toward
The converter checks the PDF it actually creates and reports whether it met your selected maximum. Some image sets cannot fit under a very small target; this depends on image count, dimensions, and detail. The tool returns the best result it could create rather than promising every target can be reached.
If the target is missed, try fewer required images or raise the maximum if the receiving site permits it. A tighter limit can reduce image dimensions or quality, so inspect the PDF before submitting it.

Frequently asked questions
What custom PDF sizes can I enter?
The custom control accepts targets from 1 KB up to 100 MB. Choose KB or MB beside the number field.
Will every image set fit the exact custom size?
No. The final PDF depends on the number and detail of your images. The converter checks the actual output and reports whether it met the maximum you selected.
Can I convert without a size target?
Yes. Choose “No size limit” in PDF settings when you do not need the converter to optimize toward a maximum.
